PC draft, reviews and suggestions encouraged!

Hello friends! They call me SageGrouse around town, attempting to get my feet off the ground with gaming and streaming, I made a draft for a PC I'd like to construct for just those purposes and I'd love it if the cohhilition could offer some feedback on it. here's my sugestion, if you have a microcenter nearby it will cost you 1020$ which i find reasonable for the upgrades you got, its a much better cpu,mb with never features(more sata 6,m.2 etc),16 gigs of memory(btw dualchannel ram should preferably be 2^x gigs),better ssd and finally a better psu.

what did you "lose":
a cpu cooler, intel's stock fan isnt that loud but if it is or you want to oc then you can always buy a cooler later down the line.
The dvd reader,i consider these obsolete and theres no need for them in 99% of the cases.

Thank you for the input! My question for you now, is do I need the 750W PSU when the estimated output remains under 500W?

the 750w have three benefits, first its the lowest watter in that psu line and you want that psu line, secondly it will give you power to grow for an example you can add a second gpu and third it wont run at full load which means that it will have have higher effiency and be quieter
