for gaming build the monitors, keyboard, and mouse are not listed because monitors are going to be tvs and the keyboard and mouse are not listed on pc part picker

Gaming PC:
Off the top of my head, do you really need all that RAM? Are you planning on having a million tabs open in chrome or something while playing games? Or doing anything that's actually heavily memory intensive? I think two 8G sticks is more than enough honestly and then you can always add another one later.
Also, how much do you plan on using the disk drive? If you have something else to watch movies on, ie a PS4, XBone, etc, and that's it's main use then getting a disk drive that cost any more than even $30 is silly.
And is there are reasoning behind the liquid cooling? I'm not sure it's necessary to go that heavily into cooling with this build.
I don't know enough of streaming machines to make suggestions on that, so I won't say anything about that.

A few things that that pop out to me for the gaming build.
Here is what I came up with for a gaming PC: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dQQJ23
The case is your personally preference and you could drop the HDD for a bigger SSD. I would probably put money into the cpu cooler first if you want to spend more.

- Having a i7 is nice, but lowering that down to a i5 has no major downside for gaming. Plus we can put that money elsewhere.
- That motherboard does look cool, but there isn't much to be gained from it.
- That is entirely too much ram. 16GB is plenty.
- Upping to a 970 is totally worth it.
- There are way cheaper power supplies.

You don't need any more than 16 GB ram for a gaming machine, the i7 and motherboard are also overkill. A high-end motherboard will offer no real benefit in terms of performance unless doing extreme overclocking. I put together a parts list with an i5, cheaper mobo, less ram and upgraded to a 980 and 1TB SSD and it actually came out cheaper
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yk8Y7P

The reason for the 32gigs is for video and audio rendering because I plan on doing music cover videos for YouTube and also some other editing software I plan on using for other things
Also as for the cooling I've never really been a fan of fan cooled (hehe pun there) systems. At least I'm not going for nitrogen cooled lol

I actually can upgrade and do a 970 now because of price drops I've been watching for

The reason for the dual set up is because I use obs and it would bog down gaming a bit. At least that's what I've experienced in the past

here you go, its the same total price as your other two combined. its quality all the way through and it will be pretty silent, streaming will be a breeze and gaming likewise + you can do both at the same time, 500gb reliable ssd for video/music edting + games and 2 tb wd black for long time storage. Psu is best of the best. I colour cordinated the system for red/black and added the fans not only for looks but noise level, apperantly the stockfans are pretty loud. If you go with this build this is the recomended fan layout, 3x af120 intake in the front, 2 sp120 pwm exhaust push on the radiator in the top, af120 exhaust at the back and dont forget to switch to the red rings

OK got on a pc this is the mixer. The reason for so many channels is for consoles (retro and next gen) Yamaha MG12XU | https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K3B7YQO/re ... zvb0R28KZ0

Well most of the build is ok 3 problems though, 1st you have three memory sticks and its dual channel so one of those sticks will be slower. 2nd the psu you can get a better one for cheaper, take the one i linked in my build. Lastly what the hell are you going to do with a cd-drive? They have almost no meaning at all

It's only being used for installing windows and Ms office then I won't need it anymore. Yes I can install Windows from a flash drive BUT the MS Office would be a little of a speedbump because I do not have the time to write up an answer file to do a boot from flash since it's an older version of office
