The build allows high enough intelligence to access everything in the game quest-wise, allows basically all dialogue options, but offers a chance to also see lots of satisfying critical hits and injuries as well as access to rare easter egg encounters. This could even be modified for a critical hit melee character by reducing perception and increasing strength. I think... Kappa

Chad
Age: 28 Sex: Male
Chad got hooked on Buffout in his early teens and has been taking it on the regular ever since. Nobody in his tribe knows, but he keeps a literal ton of them buried under his bed and digs one up when he wants the kick. Chad spends his free time pumping iron and hitting people with a stick, while most of the time he's helping other tribe members move stuff around. He's incapable of forming proper sentences, but that's just part of his charm. Chad the Lovable Buffoon, they call him.
