These perks are mostly recommended but up to Cohh, as long as you can argue some sort of relevance.
Edit by Cohh: For our Fallout 3 play-through, we'll be embracing the curiosity and investigative skills that come with Sherlock Homes. Whenever we enter a new environment for the first time, we will attempt to analyze any clues or hints as to what has happened there before exploring. By methodically looking over all our environments, we hope to pull out any hidden stories or details that are frequently passed over when running through the wasteland. Lore junkies unite; this is going to be a hell of a play-through! Our goals will all revolve around discovering the truth, about whatever we encounter, and getting to the bottom of any situations or events we come across. We will also be focusing on Big Guns Small Guns as our weapon skill for the play-through and will also be "dabbling" in drug use.
