My budget is: 700
I live in: california
Operating system: have windows 7
Monitor: have one.
Gaming resolution : 1920 x 1080
Peripherals?: have everything im good.
Will you do overclocking?: not planning on it.
What are you planning to do with the pc?: just gaming.
I already have a case so no need to incluse that in the price.

here you go, its 780$ but it good and should be able to run most games a 1080p at high/very high

This here would be my modified component list based off of the above link. I like his idea, but getting a 4690k cpu makes no sense if you aren't going to overclock it. The price is ~$20 higher, though, but it's some nice quality components. Personally I love EVGA so I swapped to that instead to give you a good idea for what you should aim for, also picked out a ASRock z97 extreme3 motherboard instead, that way (if you choose to) you can SLI an extra graphics card in there if you feel like upgrading at some point.
