If you have a data cap, there's not much you can do in the way of streaming without risking using up a considerable chunk of it. Twitch is quite the data hog. Your best bet is to ration the YouTube videos as they come out after each stream. Otherwise, you'll simply have to find a different source of internet with a high or nonexistent data cap and a decent speed. And that usually means a lot of money.
