While these two have been mentioned before, I would still like to highlight them.

1) Dead Space 1 (why: still the best of the fran. in terms of tension and horror atmosphere which are greatly put together)
2) Souls series (preferably Demon's Souls and Dark Souls 1: Prepare To Die Edition) (why: you ask why?)
3) Alice Madness Returns (why: amazing story and universe with a good share of scary elements)
4-5-6-7) IB, Alice Mare, The Witch's House, Mad Father (put together as they are all indie horror games of short-compared to the rest-duration) (why: they all have AmazinG stories accompanied by the element of horror, also multiple endings)
8) Penumbra series (why: I'll speak about the first which is mostly etched in my mind as a great experience in making you feel really uneasy)

Hope something in here gets picked for Nopetober, these are all amazing games, each in a unique way ;)
(Good show my friends!)
You think Mario Kart isn't a scary game? Then you've never experienced the horror of an incoming blue shell.

I would like to see The Suffering a 2004 ps2, xbox, and PC release. I loved it when it first came out and would like to see if it still holds up.
a google search shows midway offers the download of this game free but has ad support (I do not know if they are legit)

I would love to see Cohh Play Planescape: Torment, it's just such a Cohh-oriented game that has some great Scary art. While old it holds up as one of the best RPG's of all time.

Any of the Clock Tower games(one was a fave). They scared the hell out of me when I was a kid. It's a PS1 game if you need to google it.

Hey, I heard you might be doing Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls at some point. I'd highly recommend David Cage's (Quantic Dream) earlier game Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy. It may not look great but it's way more intense than his more recent games, in my opinion anyway. None of the games are 'scary' per say, they're more unnerving than anything else and they can make you feel... Things XD If not for Nopetober I'm sure they'd make for fun streams whenever. That's my recommendation anyway, I know there's way too many games to play so no worries if you never get round to trying them :)

I saw one person mention Sunless Sea( http://store.steampowered.com/app/304650/ ), I think it would be cool to watch Cohh play it. It's not really a jumpscare kind of game, but it has that atmosphere that sends a chill down your spine

an underated gem from yesteryear:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/251770/

i wonder if cohh has ever heard or played it?
anyone else remeber this?

it was a big game for its day (16hrs), and there was not a lot of "hand-holding" involved either.

it was a very dark game too.

i would love to see this in nopetober at some stage, and i would love to see how cohh would play it ;)

[QUOTE="tonguepunch3r, post: 29084, member: 40392"]I would like to see The Suffering a 2004 ps2, xbox, and PC release. I loved it when it first came out and would like to see if it still holds up.

i was thinking of that only yesterday!

i had that on the xbox (still have it!), but haven't played it at all :(

once i got the pc and steam, xbox games have taken a back seat.
