Hey guys,
I've been playing around with not using headphones, because I can't help talking too loud/quiet with them on, but my microphone picks up my speakers pretty easily. It's a Samson G-Track supercardioid so I have the speakers on angles behind it and under my desk. I'm not sure if I just have them too loud, my room is too small, or it's just a futile attempt. Any ideas out there?
Thanks!

Yeah. there are two ways i see fixing your headphone problem, either you get used to it takes a bit but after some hours of complaining from friends you'll get it or you go the second route and buy headphones/mic with feedbacl(its replays your recording instantly to you),you can also do this with software but that might be lagging behind which fucks with your brain and is generally iritating. 4th option is using threshholds and filters to use speakers but it takes some time to set everything up and optimize settings, cohh does something like this and i think he uses 2 or 3 programms to do it(or atleast he did back in the good ol days) he might have a tutorial on it on his youtube channel.
