Looking for help streaming with a mac

Hello! We are new to streaming and would like to stream hearthstone for now. We are using gameshow, twitch says we are live, but, alas, we cannot be found. Again, I apologize for the noob question, but after a lot of searching we are still struggling. Any advice would be hugely appreciated. <3
