I want to start out to say this is NO JOKE! I am in need of a place to live. Houston is too expense and my children can't/ don't want to help. I have looked into local government disabled/ low income facilities for men. Now the homeless aren't supposed to have computers thus should not need a high speed internet connection in my dorm. What??? But really, I could afford to rent and apartment but I still have a truck payment for a few more months before it is paid off. In the mean while I will be out of a place to live at the end of this month. I am frantically looking but coming up with nothing in the normal channels. So Cohhilition if you know of a place or roomate opening please post here I will be watching this thread.

I'm sorry dude, but I cant help. If I was able to, I would, believe me. If you were living closer, I'd tell you you could sleep on my couch for a while, but as it stands, I live in Sweden and you'd pay more to *get* here than you'd save.

I really hope your situation gets solved, I've been there myself, it's no joke-life.
