Hi All,
### Update
So I went and bought a new one. I wanted to have two cams either way, and this one plugged n played no problem. So I guess the other one just died. Any attempt to plug it in now is not even acknowledged by Windows.

Thanks for your help!

## Original Post
So recently I have been setting up to get ready to stream. I bought my C920 back in April, and have not really used it up until recently. Have been a little busy over the past few months. Over the past week, I have been doing tests on my setup and have been using the camera almost everyday. On Wednesday, I got a green screen and was following Cohh's green screen tutorial. Everything was setup and working relatively fine until my Camera started to malfunction. It became unrecognizable by Windows. I have tried the following;

1. Power cycling
2. Uninstalling the Drivers, Software, deletion of Registry Keys and Re-installation of them.
3. I tried to review Logitech Webcam Software and Windows logs, but was unable to find what I thought was relevant to the issue.
4. Perused the webs in search of similar issues.

Over the past month, I had been hearing the windows alert of some device unplugging and plugging back in. Originally thought it was just some ghost, but now I think it was my camera even though it was not in use.

I attached some screenshots. The one is just when Windows says the device malfunctions. The other occurs when the cam is in use and about to crash. It will go almost completely grey for a second, and then shut off. I contacted Logitech support about it already. Maybe they will have some answers, but thought I would ask you all as well to see your thoughts. To me it sounds and is acting like its dying, but maybe I am missing something else.

Have you tried other devices in the same port? It may really be a hardware connection issue.

Yes I have tried other devices in the port. I have tried multiple other ports on my PC as well for the device. Still no luck
