Hi everyone,
I'm trying to beef up my web development skills a bit - and build a tool that me and (hopefully!) others will enjoy - so in my spare time, I'm working on a little Twitch-related project. I was wondering if you guys would like to give it a try and provide some feedback.

It's a desktop-based web app called TwitchDeck. It lets you view multiple Twitch streamers at once, but also automatically manages stream size and audio mute for you, depending on a priority you provide. That way, if your favorite streamer comes online, TwitchDeck will load them up in a large main player with chat beside it, and turn the audio up. Other streamers you provide will be shown below with the audio muted. The idea for TwitchDeck came out of a desire to be able to put it up on the screen and make sure I always have something to watch, without any intervention needed on my part. I also wanted to try making something with Twitch's new HTML5 player - any chance to get away from Flash seemed like a cool experiment. :)

If you'd like to try it out and provide feedback, I'd really appreciate it! TwitchDeck is free and will be going open-source once I feel like it's ready for the "version 1.0" mark. You can check it out at twitch-deck.herokuapp.com. There's instructions, a demo, and more info on that page.

Thanks for listening everyone! I hope you like it.

Awesome job buddy using it now seems like a really good way to tell when people pop online.

Would it be possible to add a dark chat theme? I think that would make it look even better.

Amazing! That worked really well! I like that you can switch the channels with a button press. I also love that it is all web based and I didn't have to install anything. That is really great work.

Hey guys,
Sorry for the delay - I was having trouble logging in when the web site's datacenter was being DDOS'd, so I've been heads-down putting out another update to TwitchDeck. I really appreciate you guys checking it out and providing feedback!

@Argorash - Unfortunately, right now I don't have any control over the look of the chat panel. If they add that option to the Twitch web API, you can bet I'll add the option!
