I'm trying to beef up my web development skills a bit - and build a tool that me and (hopefully!) others will enjoy - so in my spare time, I'm working on a little Twitch-related project. I was wondering if you guys would like to give it a try and provide some feedback.
It's a desktop-based web app called TwitchDeck. It lets you view multiple Twitch streamers at once, but also automatically manages stream size and audio mute for you, depending on a priority you provide. That way, if your favorite streamer comes online, TwitchDeck will load them up in a large main player with chat beside it, and turn the audio up. Other streamers you provide will be shown below with the audio muted. The idea for TwitchDeck came out of a desire to be able to put it up on the screen and make sure I always have something to watch, without any intervention needed on my part. I also wanted to try making something with Twitch's new HTML5 player - any chance to get away from Flash seemed like a cool experiment.
