Hey Guys!
Not 100% sure why tokens are not getting added to my account... been a sub for a few months but only have 6 tokens.
Any suggestions as to why would be helpful!

It appears as though you haven't been on the viewer list with Twitch. That's the reason you have not been getting tokens. I checked right after you posted this and you were not in the list. My suggestion would be to try logging out of Twitch and then log in again.

Do you think it has anything to do with me watching via mobile the Chrome casting it?

It is very possible. If you are not actually IN chat, you won't receive tokens. That is how the bot knows who to give tokens to. It parses the chatter list from people in chat.

I noticed yesterday that I only have 276 tokens and that is the same number that I had months ago.
I am a dedicated lurker. I put on Twitch while doing other things.
So I watch Twitch on my Xbox, Roku, tablet, and phone; almost never my PC.
Is there a way to check if we are on the viewer list?
Based on your answer, it sounds like non-subs do not get tokens when the chat is sub-only.
