Automatic Payment Suspended

I just got an email today saying that my automatic payment of $2.49 to cohh for websubs has been canceled..

My websub expires on May 10, 2016 so does this mean that my websub will end unless I set up another $2.49 monthly payment? If so, any idea why this may have happened?

Was the email from PayPal or from Cohhilition? And your websub will continue until the time it actually expires which is May 10. The beginning of the month when our data center was experiencing connectivity issues, it caused some websubs to not be processed correctly. This could be a result from that. Another option, if the email came from PayPal could be something on their end changed that canceled the payment profile.

It was an email from paypal saying "CohhCarnage Stream has suspended your automatic payments." so I'll just wait until it expires and just re-do it. No worries just wanted to make sure there wasn't something going on with the websub system
