Those parts work together absolutely fine together, the Skylake generation of Intel Processors use the LGA1151 socket, which that motherboard has, just a piece of mind for you!
I find that often people over estimate the PSU they need but to be honest that's a good price for a 650W, cheaper than many 550W, you could change it to the Corsair VS550 and shouldn't have any issues at all and save €10. You could save another €10 by changing your RAM from Corsair Vengeance to Kingston Fury, just a small saving that would only change aesthetics.
The GTX960 is a good budget card but, and I know it's quite a bit more expensive, the GTX970 is a good leap up for the price.

Here's a the pcpartpicker link with the slight changes for convince: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/x93qD3

Hope this helps!
Happy upgrade! < 3

Just want to throw my tuppence in as a second opinion:

That system will definitely run newer games on a semi-decent medium framerate. You're good there. I agree with l4tte on the PSU BUT you need to watch out for that deadly "Up to 85% efficiency" as that can quite easily cause a system to black out after a few months/years. Shouldn't be an issue for you but if you intend to SLI or Overclock definitely something to be careful of.

Heat management - Noise Ratio. That case... *Shivers*

Cabling in that case can be a blooming nightmare causing airflows to become blocked and fans to become HECKA noisy. If noise isn't a problem and you're room is generally quite chill then that is not an issue at all. If not, it may be time to look for another case.

Looking at your price range and several reviews my advice would be to push for something like this:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-200r

Apparently "Note that" it has much better airflow and more space, as well as direct airflow onto the MB and CPU itself. (Which can help with overheating in the Peripherals connection to the motherboard when you are plugging in a lot of peripherals.)

Good luck!

IcyCaress seems more knowledgeable on the case front than I so hopefully they can give some input as far as noise is concerned. When looking for a case a good feature to have is a hole just next to where the back of your PSU will be, this allows you to tidily sort your cables up the back of the motherboard. A personal choice would be the NZXT S210 Elite (can get it white or black), note the Elite since it comes with an extra fan. I've been considering this to make a NAS from my older parts as it has a lot of 3.5" bays, off topic sorry. It seems to be a good all round case for the price, however if you have 2.5" drives you'll either need some adapter or DIY solution, I believe, however most cases around this price range don't have 2.5" bays. And, again, I'm never too sure when it comes to noise, so maybe someone else can give some input there?

Noise comes into factor in several situations.

1) Airflow is terrible and you get a messed up Hrrrring noise.
2) Fans are cheap and they whine
3) Dust chokes up the fans and they start either whining or growling.

As far as that case is concerned it looks like from the reviews I read it still has poor cable management space. I have very little experience in regards to this case though sadly.

I don't have time to go into too much detail at the moment sadly as I have to shoot off. I wish you the best of luck in your search for a good case!

Power Supply! D:

The Wattage you have on that PSU should have you covered for the system you have (A brief calculation states you are only pushing up to 400W) buuuuut if you ever want to push up to a high end system later on (Water Cooling, LED Lights etc etc) I HIGHLY suggest getting a 650W PSU.

Aim for a 650W PSU (If you want) as that basically guarantees future proofing as well as covering your ass for future efficiency reductions.

http://www.evga.de/Products/Product.asp ... GQ-0650-V2

If you ever go over the Wattage limit that your PSU can supply your computer may not switch on or even worse, switch on, work fine and then suddenly one day... BANG. Blue flash, smoke and your Motherboard, CPU and PSU are fried. :s

Otherwise the system you have there looks solid! I whole-heartedly give you my thumbs up of approval. :D

Happy gaming.
