Global ban in DayZ mod

Hi guys

Was wondering if any of you have been having problems with Global ban from Arma games and mods trough Battle Eye...
I brought Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA a long time ago on Steam and i havent played it at all.
then i decided to try out the DayZ mod and installed DayZ Commander i updated the game, updated the DayZ mods (DayZ, DayZ Epoch & DayZ Epoch Panthera)

Tried to play the game but after serveal of hours of trying i got in for like 30 mins then i had to leave for some IRL stuff.

then i tried to play it again later the same week and saw some of the game needed updates and i ofc. installed these.
When everything was updated and ok i joined a server and got instantly Global Ban by Battle Eye getting the code #f16755

i wrote to them and got an auto repply saying:
"IMPORTANT: Note that all global bans issued by us are valid by default. While we carefully investigate every case, please understand that we will not manually re-confirm the validity of your ban to you. Therefore, if we don't get back to you within the next 72 hours you can assume that your global ban is valid and will not be lifted by us. Sending the same request multiple times will not accelerate our reviewing process in any way. Also, note that we will not disclose any details (including internal evidence) about your ban."

And i havent heard from them since, and i kinda think its bulls*** that i actually havde to buy the game again because of some wack anti cheat software wich banned me by mistake even when i only played it for 30 min total!

Anyways just wanted to hear any of you awesome cohhlition ppl's input.

After Cohh played DayZ SA last night i really wanted to necro this post, because as it seems I'm still globally banned from every single Bohemia Interactive game with multiplayer. Including DayZ SA and Arma3 which sucks since i really wanna play those two games.

Since did you try this week to contact one more time support service ?

i am (as we speak) in the process of writing a new email to them...

As for a report for banning, in the 30-45 mins i played the game i didn't even see a single person nor a zombie. I was looking for loot at a wooden boatyard and a shag, didn't even find any loot.

I can chime in a bit on this:
A2:OA moved over to SteamUID-based client data when the GameSpy came down. Any suspensions to your SteamUID are effective on all Bohemia Interactive games. What this meant for thousands is that their Global Bans from ARMA2 were moved over to SteamUID, which is also used for ARMA3 & DayZ SA -> Banned from all 3 games.

During all these years I've never seen Bohemia / BattlEye reverse a ban.

The only option is to create a new Steam account, re-purchase and play the games on that.

As for detection.. Anything might trigger it. Can't go into specifics but make sure your system doesn't have any of the following running when playing the game:
Memory editing stuff (Cheat Engine, Reclass, IDA)
DLL/Dx injecting stuff
