cohh's voice changer?

What software/hardware does Cohh use when he does his voice changer? Let me know, I'm interested in getting one

For voice effects he's using an RC-505 , but as you can see that's a "pretty" pricey investment. There are some software-based solutions, but those have their own quirks as well.
