All good games, but my vote goes to Arcanum.
DAI DLC is a solid choice, but having done the main game on stream, it might not feel as 'new' as the other games would be.
And while Planescape Torment is a FANTASTIC game, there is a LOT of reading involved. I feel it would probably wind up like Pillars of Eternity. Great game to play, but horrible to stream.
So with that being said, Arcanum seems like the best choice for me.

I am desperate to see Cohh play Planescape: Torment...it is my favorite game story of all time, but it doesn't look like it's going to get the votes this time around.

Dragon Age Inquisition. If he does a 100% play through (nightmare please) it will take maybe 100 hours to complete, maybe more. I guess it depends how distracted you get by collecting herbs and ore for crafting (which later is better than purple items) or requisitions for the inquisition (which don't seem to end? Maybe I'm not far enough into the game.).
Anyway, DA:I is really fun on nightmare. Having only played nightmare difficulty, I can't say how challenging the other difficulties are, but to me it seems they'd end up being too easy.
