Not sure which MOBO is best for my build.

I made a purchase from Cyberpowerpc. I bought a Gigabyte X99 SLI and after reading reviews I heard that a bunch of these MOBOs have problems with the bios and end up dying. I'm not sure how big of a problem this is but I seem to hear it alot with this motherboard. I've heard good things about ASUS X99 motherboards being better. I need to know which motherboard will not die or have problems for me most likely, or which motherboard will get the most out of my build may be the better choice of words or if I should stick with what I have. Please forgive me for asking but I have no idea what all the letters and number stand for on all the MOBO names and i'm not sure which fits best with my build. PS should I get different case fans from the default ones?

Hi, and thank you for posting here.
I would want to say that this is a nice build, but I don't understand why the 1kWatt power supply and the cheap low quality case.
I mean I have a 450w with a 970 & 4670k/hyper212 evo and works perfect, all in a fractal design r5.
I think first of all u should consider NOT buying that big power supply, you can easily find a 650W Plat from corsair or another builder and with the money that you have from that part you can use it to buy a new and better Case.

I trust Gigabyte and their products, and I belive it will not die on you as fast as you think it will do, but lets say you don't belive me and you still want an answer, You should pick ASUS X99-A II ATX w/ RGB , cause RGB and flashing lights #yolo ( all the 3 names u have there are kinda the same, but the first one has LED RGB lights )
