I need a DS3 Build

I am yet still to Finish DS3 once, I did have a Char that had almost finished the game but i thought everything would be fine if i reinstalled my OS and when i did i lost my Character saves ;-;

So i was just wondering if you guys could give me some help on a few builds to try out!

Note* I Know about most but not all items, So if possible could give me a brief idea of what it does and the best way to use it.

Hopefully you're back into the swing of things, but it might help us help you if we knew what build you used on your last run through (may it rest in digital pieces...er, peace).

I don't mind farming souls for stats, which I know knocks me down a few rungs in the DS caste system, but whatever.
Since you've played through it, maybe you won't need so much HP pool to wade around in, but what about weapon preference or playstyle choice? Did you fall in love with weapon or armor X,Y, Z? Or, since you've tried those already, do you want a new experience?

My quick DS build thoughts usually stray closer to a lightweight, mobile STR build than anything else. I like heavier weapons and dancing around bosses.

The build i was using was based around UGS but i think i would like to move away from them, would like for a new experience to the game
