just go with a i7 4790k and sell your 4670k, the hyper threading should give you the push in peformance you need to stream and you'll get the refresh which means lower temps and a little bit of more performance per core.
It seems like you are running a platter based hard drive. I would highly recommend upgrading (but keeping) the drive to an M.2 drive. I would recommend a 256Gb M.2 drive. It shouldn't cost a huge amount. I would start with that and see how it works.

Yeah uppgrading to and ssd should do you real good, probably wont help you with fps and streaming but the all around responsiveness of the computer should be better, however i would go with a regular sata as unless you go nvme(which is really expensive and im pretty sure that z97 doesnt even support it) there arent any noticable real world performance gains and since sata is more common its also easier to find them on a sale)
I agree with the other posts. I would recommend a SSD SATA III on the z97 boards will be fine. M.2 SATA and M.2 PCIe do have some drawbacks depending on your motherboard and support. The Samsung EVO 250 and 500GB SSD are excellent choices. Also if you can pick up a 970 FTW 4GB or a 980ti graphics card you should be able to play games without any issues. Prices should go down on the 1070 and 1080 cards as supply catches up to the market. Also make sure you use the Nvidia Experience software to update your graphics card drivers.

Why 2400 mhz though?, 1600/1866 is still fine for ddr3

Faster ram can make a noticeable difference in CPU bound situations like gaming/streaming. It was only a recommendation based off my experience. Also depending on from where and when you buy you could be able to get fast ram for the same cost.
I am sorry but i cant see why your CPU should be a problem here. Most games only suport 4 cores, and some only 2. So sure you could upgrade to 6 or more, but it wouldn't do you any good, when we talk about performance. And it is a K series, so the clock speed shouldn't be a factor either, just overclock it a bit and you got an i7. When i look at your spec. I se 2 problems, No SSD and a low wat PSU, get a 750, or more, it is better with one that have a higher than needed wat, I use a 1.000, even though i only use at avarge 650w. What kind of cooler do you have for your CPU, it might get to hot, and that will lover the clockspeed, if it is the standard, Get a new fan for it, because the standard is cooling like ......
