Hard Reading Text Colour Blind

Hello I Am Colour Blind And It Hurts My Eyes Trying To Look At The Red Text On A Dark Background Can You Add Just A Small White Outline Round The Text Like 1-2px Wide

You can change the color scheme of the site in your account preferences. Click on your name in the upper right corner and choose preferences on the left. There should be a "Style" option. Change it to default and you should get a standard white - blue scheme.

I was happy to see this topic, however when I looked under 'Preferences' I did not see an option to change the text under 'Style'. All I see under 'Style' is in the image uploaded. I am hoping I am just overlooking something simple to change the colors. Thanks!

It is the first option. Not under style, but first one on the whole preferences page.
