Merge accounts and Login issues

I would like to move my tokens from this account (The1HerpADerp) to my new account (NoKGamer)

Also I'm having an issue with logging around my email address. Ok, so...
Old account = The1HerpADerp
New account = NoKGamer

So i created this account on the cohhilition site using my old account, at that time it used my main email address. I ended up creating a new account on twitch and then was going to create an account on the forums for that account. Before creating my new twitch account, i changed the email address to free up my main address. When i created my new account i popped over here to create an account to view tokens etc. (this was 4 months ago). Since my new twitch account and old cohhilition account (this account) are using the same email address, it signs me in as my old account.
