time out for saying "WOAH"

So i got timed out for at least 5 hours just because yesterday when everyone else was spamming at the start of the stream "WOAHHHHH" i have done it too but never got a time out because of it, why did it happen to me and not other people? Also tokens are not working I've been on a cohh binge and watched from the Zelda run and i still have the same tokens new twitch name Dank_Humour

From your chat log I see that you had several warnings from the bot about not using caps, we have a progressive system that after 4 warnings you are then taken out of chat for a matter of time. Please in the future follow these warnings and dont spam caps. Also, as far as your tokens are concerned and as we have notified the community, we advise that if you are a regular in this channel to hold off on name changes until we have our system caught up to avoid these token issues. Also, you may wanna get both your twitch account and your website account synced properly to avoid any further hindrance.
