Transferring Tokens to a new account

Is there any way to transfer tokens from this account to my new one? I lost access to this one in q3 of 2016 so I made a new twitch account after that and just recently found the password to this one again; but I like the new name better and I have a few bit badges so I want to keep going with the new account. The other account is called viktorphenex and I just want to know if its possible at all.
