Your new Twitch name isn't linked to your account here yet. Try logging out then back in with Twitch again and see if it links your new name over.

It didn't do it for me. i un-linked my twitch acc, and linked again but didn't do anything

I just needed you to do it so it made the change on the backend, then the transfer goes through. You should be all taken care of now.
