Name Change / Token store issue.

I tend to lurk quietly, and dual sub when I can. I realized I had enough tokens to pick up the websub, and finally managed to get back to work now that my building is fixed again, and am looking to pick back up the monthly sub once I get my first paycheck. With that being said, I did change my twitch name a while back, to one that was easier to pronounce as some people have trouble pronouncing KrixisKai. So I changed it after my WoW character, Kairheen, just for over all ease. Anyways... I didn't realize it would cause a problem here, probably should have before now to be honest, but it's just something I really don't keep track of much. So when I go to redeem my tokens in the token store, it shows I have one token available, and displays my current twitch name of Kairheen. I tried relinking my twitch account here, as I had read in one of the other resolved threads, but it did not fix the issue. I'm wondering if there's anything that can be done about it. If not I understand, but thought I'd ask to be sure. ^-^

TLDR: Changed my name, token store shows new name, with only 1 token available. Would like to spend my current tokens for a websub, but can't as they aren't showing up.
