I merged my twitch account with the twitch(curse)app, haven't been getting tokens, didn't read to realize it would be a problem ^-^. New twitch username is ginzuishou. Would like to start collecting tokens again, but am in no rush if it takes a while to get fixed.

Still waiting for the name change on the site here so I can start collecting tokens. Have missed out on almost 2 weeks worth of tokens now. Is there anyway to get this fixed soon?

Don't be alarmed you haven't missed out on tokens, they were being applied to your new username. I've merged your old and new accounts together and you should see all of your tokens now.
