Different Twitch Account Not Earning Tokens

Hey, I made a new twitch account a while back and the cohhilition website thinks i'm on my old account. I've tried linking my new twitch account to my profile on here but it doesn't seem to do anything as teh tokens/xp don't go up no matter how much i watch Cohh. My old account was Elephantlife and my new account is aluminumcardboard. Thanks for all the help in advance you lovely people.
