Name change

Hi,

I changed my username on Twitch.

From: ToothPickDave
To: ReadyUpDave

I seems to have made some complications with your website.
I'm sorry :-(

But when I login my account is still named "ToothPickDave" but when I etc go to services.cohhilition.com It linked to my readyupdave id and I have a different token count there.

Hope you can help.
I guess I need to merge the to under the correct ReadyUpDave ?
