Hey there, so i asked to others mod that knew more than me how this system works.
So to earn tokens you have to be in chat, doesn't matter if twitchapp/mobile/browser, if you close chat or go fullscreen, you will/might be disconnected from chat and so you won't earn tokens.
If you can see chat, you should earn tokens normaly.

It appears your changed your Twitch name and never requested the change to be made on our systems. We have a post talking about name changes and as you see in the Help section, its tons of people requesting their info to be changed because they changed their Twitch name.
It looks like your actual Twitch name is Naxaruz and NOT Salemonsson any longer. You are seeing tokens tied to the user Salemonsson, but if your actual Twitch name is Naxaruz, then thats the account that is getting your tokens, so Salemonsson will never gain tokens anymore.
I have changed your username on our systems and you should be seeing them properly now.

I am running into the same problem... My twitch name is now xxSkully1xx. Could you get my account fixed as well please? Thank you!
