Cohh Needs a Path of Exile Build!

Cohh will be playing Path of Exile again and is looking for a new build; anything BUT ranger; he's done with bows and arrows.

Don't know if Cohh is interested in a summoner since some people find it a boring playstyle, but barring serious nerfs it would fulfill both his goal of being capable of killing Shaper as well as still being a build that can farm maps and work well starting out with no gear. A lot of boss killing builds are not very good at farming gear or are difficult to get going without another character to farm gear first.

Wanders are always fun IMO, but might not be the greatest Shaper build unless you know what you're doing.

Infernal Flicker Strike - My favorite. Another Ranger but Bows are nowehre near this build. Crazy build but teleporting aroud the room backstabbing everyone is crazy FUN!

I played this during the 10-day Mayhem race and it was really fun + it has really nice scaling capabilities

As a bonus, you use Leap Slam for mobility so traveling through the content is easy(jump up/down ledges, stairs, etc) and fun

Even then, most 3.0 builds should still work with a little tweaking. Plus Cohh's more likely to use these as general guidelines rather than point by point build guides.

Yeah as mentioned above, Cyclone works really good. You could go Ngahamu Molten-Burst-Cyclone, classic phys Cyclone and you're free to choose an Ascendancy, cause many work, like Slayer, Berzerker, Juggernaut, Raider, Pathfinder, Ascendant...

My favorites would be:

Wild Strike Raider: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1929055
- insane DPS
- melee Elemental so completely different to Cohhs last build
- actually rather cheap to build, most expensive items would be a Belly of the Beast and the Flasks, but it's just a Bonus and not requierd
- can facetank Shaper with descent gear
- descent damage even with a 4-link
- Swap wild strike for molten strike to do Uber Aziri

--> All Bosses and Maps doable!

It should be worth noting that some pretty large changes are happening during this patch regarding skill balance. Vaal Pact, which is a very strong keystone node is being significantly reworked and will impact a large number of builds that relied on it for survivability. It may make sense to see what the patch notes are when they're posted a few days before league start before trying to make a build work.

Ancestral Warchief totems, starting as 2h then transitioning to Facebreaker. Cause nothing more engaging than putting down a couple of totems and letting them kill things while you worry about the dodging.

Unless there are major changes to trap mechanics it should easily stay viable for shaper in the next build. And the fireworks happening on screen starting after Act 5 are quite spectacular.

The Millionaire, I killed every single end boss and did all content on this build. It does 2 million Shaper dps with full gear, plus its fun to play!
