Firewall Rules (inbound & outbond)

i had an old rule that blocked all connection for a specific game in both in- & outbound rules. i wanted to remove it so i could play the game with achievements, but i cant see the rules blocking the internet access for the game.

is there a way to show invisible rules or is there no such thing?
any ideas to a fix?

its a uplay game, but its only the game i blocked back then.. when i enter the game it just keep saying connecting to the uplay servers.

inside windows defender firewall with advanced security, when i go into the submenu monitoring > firewall.
in that section i can see the rule that blocks any connection access for the game, but im not allowed to remove it.. any fix for that?
