Since they released a lot of old justin.tv names, and I finally got my name "Binkz" back I sort of had to act and change it. I would really appreciate if someone could look into this for me, thanks a lot! <3
Old name: Binkz_
New name: Binkz

Completely log out of The Cohhilition site and then log back in with Twitch. This will connect things on the back end for the transfer.
