The EEDAR infographic resulting from the study defines mobile "whales" as those spending more than $10 a month on mobile games, comprising the top 5% of mobile spenders.
While non-paying mobile gamers don't spend as much time with games outside of their mobile devices, Eedar suggests that those who pay for their mobile games –– especially the "whales" –– dedicate almost as much time to console and PC games.
