A friend of mine had an odd problem, his games were automatically minimizing themselves. It seemed to be on a pretty regular schedule.
I was able to use Adminscope Focus Logger to see that it was something called updater.exe.

A quick Google helped find that it was VivePort for his Vive.

We removed it and it seems to have fixed it.
I'm just posting this in case anyone else has this problem.
