Based on Cohh's playstyle I'd say Sal is more fitting - near-immortality and ludicrous damage.
Gaige can be fun, but constant aiming at the ground or walls is not that engaging for those viewers that have never watched or played BL2... also, her anarchy voice lines tend to get somewhat repetitive, and therefor annoying, after a while (and i doubt Cohh would play on japanese
, which makes it slightly less annoying and/or more fun/enticing for those new to the game/franchise).
Properly utilizing the "uniqueness" that is Krieg's buzz axe rampage is something I really can't see Cohh pulling off either.
Zer0 is too gear-dependant, even moreso than other characters (especially in melee-spec), Maya is usually demoted to the healer in a team and Axton is, well... Axton.

The only problem with Anarchy Gaige is Cohh is an obsessive reloader. He wont be able to keep stacks.

Not sure if anyone has told Cohh yet, but to make Gaige really work you can't manually reload. If you reload with bullets still in the mag it will reset her Anarchy. I know he, like me, has a reloading addiction so he might struggle with this part! Someone let him know if he hasn't already been told please and thank you!

Honestly Salvador is the only one that fits Cohh's play style, especially with his OCRD (obsessive compulsive reload disorder). But I'd like to see him play Krieg.
