Token Transfer Question

Greetings,

Just a question about tokens. If I have a substantial amount of tokens, even free tokens to spend, could I request to have 2500 awarded to a friend of mine whom also watches Cohh, but not enough to join the guild just yet?... Just thought I would ask if that's possible... or if this is just if you change your name.
