Hello!
I submitted an app for the FF14 FC yesterday (sub w/ 4k tokens) and didn't hear back. When I checked the form today it now no longer sees me as a subscriber and thus says I don't have the points to apply. Twitch definitely still sees my sub.
I have excited to play FF14 w/ Cohh's community for a long time. It is the only reason I bought the game again and one of the few times I will have interacted with the community directly. Please help!

Try relogging on the Token Store.
The Store checks your _active right now_ current subscroption status.
So if today/when you logged into the store, was around the time yoru subscription is being renewed by Twitch, then you hit the _gap_ where Twitch goes "not a sub am processing their sub" and I don't see the "processing" state

I applied to the free company through the token site but i accidentally used the wrong in game Character name: I wrote Lady Spellsinger when i should have used Lalibeth Spellsinger. Could this please be kindly ameneded so i can join this amazing community in the FC.
