I get this message every couple of videos in a playlist. Anyone know what is causing this?

YouTube does this if it detects bad behaviour (usually from the IP) so if using a VPN you have inhertied the crimes of other users of the VPN.

This can also happen on regular home connection when IP's cycle assignments.
