38 Studios' Kingdoms of Amalur auction was slated to take place this month, but has been moved to December because of higher potential interest than was expected, a lawyer said.
Auction officials told Gamespot that the auction will take place at some point in December. Richard J. Land, the lawyer representing the state of Rhode Island in the case following 38 Studios' bankruptcy, moved to delay the auction to accommodate the surprising interest.
