Twitch Issues

Just the other day Twitch has been messing up. I'll watch a stream and the page will freeze, but the audio is still going then after a few seconds it continues as normal. A few times when the channel froze I have to refresh for it to come back. Anyone else having this issue?

I have been seeing this more and more lately. It especially happens when I'm playing a game on my main screen, and Twitch on my other. I'm thinking it may be a Video Driver problem, but I'm also thinking that Twitch has made some behind the scenes code changes because it started happening out of nowhere.
