New Graphics card causing System to crash when starting up

I recently got my first pre build cheap pc its a amd a8-6600k 8gb of ddr3 ram 1 tb hard drive i'm not sure what the power suply is i think its a 500 watt one for some reason my new graphics is causing system (windows 7 64 bit) to crash when starting up i try downloading the drivers but it wont because the card is not in i know the graphics card works because i tried using it on my old system i thought i would check if anyone can help me on the forums before i take it to the shop

i forget to add the motherboard is a gigabyte ga-f2a58m-hd2

With this type of specs, it is a little difficult to answer what is causing the crash. If you can answer and Verify:

Power Supply, VideoCard, and any other cards that are hooked up, we can help solve this delema.

Also when is it crashing... Is it during gameplay, at a specific amount of run time, or is it just plain random?
