It may also help if you put your general MMR range and what position and/or hero pool you play. Especially if you're queuing for something like Captain's Mode. That being said, best of luck to you! Forming a decent team is an extremely tough undertaking. If you need a drafting coach or theory person, I'll be happy to help there, but I've stopped playing ranked because of the frustration with even high MMR players having awful theory.
