Good evening, Cohhilition! I am a senior at West Virginia University (Let's Go Mountaineers!) and am studying Computer Science. I am currently in a class called Human Computer Interaction, which is the study of how people interact with machines, in both a Hardware and Software scenario!
For my semester project, I have decided to
conceptually redesign the Fallout 1 UI. Please understand, that this will
NOT be a Fallout 1 Mod!!!!
So what do I need your help for? Well, I'm only one gamer, and Cohh recently played this game, so what I need from you, is for you to tell me...
- What was the game lacking?
- What would you like to see, from a UI point of view?
- How would you like to make the game more user/spectator friendly?
- What turned you off from playing this game yourself?
- ANY feedback you have for the UI!
So if you could help me, I will give you guys weekly updates, and tell you where I am with this project. As a little aside, I may actually program a UI that will implement YOUR feedback, so please, let me know what you think, and help me get an A!
