League of Legends AmEx Debit Cards Inbound

American Express is reportedly teaming up with League of Legends developer Riot Games to release a series of prepaid debit cards that will earn cardholders in-game currency when used for everyday purchases.

The New York Times reports that the cards will be properly unveiled on Wednesday, and will earn anyone who uses them Riot Points; the currency purchased with real world money and used to buy new champions, skins and boosts.
