Sound set up

Hi community! I am new to streaming and have a question about sound set up. I have just gotten my Razer Seiren Mic. It is the USB regular version. I want to get a sound system and get away from my headset. I was wondering if anyone could help me get my mic set up so it will filter out the sound system output. Thanks in advance!
