Elite Dangerous Introduction

Hi guys, I'm what you would call a elite dangerous fanatic.
I have spent many hours trucking around in space hauling everything from metals to slaves (I know I'm a terrible person). I just wanted to let everyone know that if you're new in elite I would love to help you guys out for as far as I can. I might even be able to help out if some of you run out of fuel just send me a message.

I hope we can get a nice bit of a cohhilition going in elite, have fun commanders and I'll see you out in SPAAACEE.

Elite looks awesome although I have never thought about giving it a go. I love all things space but I just haven't taken the plunge yet.

I think I am waiting out for Star Citizen.

I am "Saphrya" in E . I have been playing off and on, but still havent found a way to make good money besides bounty hunting for hours on end.

Any tips you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Well, the ways I currently know of are: passenger lining with pretty much any ship, mining eg with a keelback, long range trading with rares in an asp (not sure if this still works/ is worth it), resource extraction site hunting like cohh has done, and doing massacre missions in systems that are in a stat of war those tend to pay out well. Any other things I've missed may ofc be added but these are the best ones just by heart.

Do we have a group going for ED? I wouldn't mind a Cohhlition group for ED for PvE focused mission running or similar instead of solo play or open. Not necessarily encouraged or forced grouping up, but just seeing friendly commanders out there would be neat.

The cohhilition private group is behind a token wall sadly, there's always open play and the open group Mobius - an open PVE group for everyone. More info on mobius here : https://elitepve.com/page/policy

I'm a very noob guy trying to get my head around Elite it's changed a lot since my old BBC computer days (and yes I am that old). I've got certain conditions that tend to slow my reactions so I'm trying to avoid too much open combat. Just started on mining and none combat missions. At the moment I'm finding a real problem just getting around the galaxy map. I keep getting missions (transport data etc.) and can't find a route to the new system. What am I missing?
I apologise because I know it will be something simple but my brain is rather befuddled.
