Need a little info

For 4 months i have been subscribing to cohh when there are free websubs available because i wanted to see how that worked. For 4 months i have not received the websub if it was supposed to be automatic. So it is a random award when you sub since from what i heard it wasnt supposed to be? This is not a post to get anything i have just been wondering how it work because i havent been able to figure it out.

We did some digging to try and figure out what the issue could have been. It looks like the very first time you subbed on 2016-10-27 09:32:58, there were no free web subs available. That would have been the only date you would have been eligible for a free web sub. Free web subs are not offered on resubs. Your most recent one today 2017-01-31 10:48:32 was a 4 month resub, meaning it is not eligible for a free web sub.

I hope this clears up the issue as to why there were no web subs given during your resubs.
