Not getting tokens no matter how long I watch Cohh

I have been watching Cohh live but for months, i have not been getting tokens. I have not changed my name but it happened after that system started.

Do you watch the channel on Twitch or are you using the Livestreamer app? If it's the latter, that's the reason you're not getting any tokens.

You need to be logged in and in chat to gain tokens.
If your chat window has a loading icon, you are not in chat.
I find sometimes if you hide chat (Little arrow at the top of the window next to chat) it can remove you. Don't know if that's a BTTV thing or not, though.
And of course, if you are a BTTV user, make sure you have "anon chat" disabled.

Talk in chat sometime so I can verify you're actually in chat. Every time I check it, you're never in chat. The last time you said something in chat was October 22, 2016 at 8:33:09 AM.
